To advise, guide, assist, and support clients in Iran to secure commercially viable financial settlements in relation to the resolution of commercial disputes with foreign counter-parties.
To secure suitable foreign suppliers for Iranian importers.
To secure suitable foreign buyers for Iranian exporters.
To structure and draft various agreements in English, including Memoranda of Understanding, Business Co-operation Agreements etc.
To structure, draft and produce Business Plans of various types and kinds in English for companies in Iran in relation to commercial and/or industrial projects.
To advise, guide, assist, and support clients in Iran to effectively market and promote themselves and/or their products/services in the global market in terms of certain high-impact marketing/promotional Drivers such as Web Sites in English, Corporate Profiles in English, Corporate Annual Reports in English etc.
